HOUSE RULES & PLAY GUIDELINES

At Iconic Games, we want everyone to enjoy a high‑energy, safe and welcoming space. By entering our venue and using our games, you agree to follow these rules and instructions from our team.

• Children under 14 must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

• No running, climbing on machines or unsafe behaviour.

• No outside food, drink or alcohol inside the venue (unless agreed for private events run by Iconic Games).

• Respect staff, other guests and the equipment at all times.

• We may ask anyone breaking rules to leave without a refund.

Safety First

Follow all signs, markings and on‑screen instructions for each game.

Use equipment only for its intended purpose—do not force or modify machines.

Report any faults, spills or hazards to a team member straight away.

Keep walkways, stairs and exits clear of bags, prams and personal items.

Wear appropriate footwear; no bare feet on the venue floor.

Play Fair. Be Iconic.

Game Etiquette

Take turns on popular games—please don’t “camp” on a machine if others are waiting. Share the energy and keep the flow moving.

Conduct Policy

Aggressive, abusive or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated. Our team reserves the right to ask anyone refusing to follow staff directions to leave. Safety and respect are non-negotiable at Iconic Games.

Venue Vibes

No pushing, yelling or unsportsmanlike behaviour.
Use indoor voices and be mindful of younger players and families.

All activities at Iconic Games are undertaken at your own risk. Iconic Games is not responsible for loss of personal items or injury caused by unsafe or incorrect use of equipment.
